Welcome!
The Kiwanis Club of Greater Wausau is a service
leadership organization that has played an active role in the
Wausau community for over 45 years!

Winter has settled in across the Wausau area, however that
doesn't stop us from continuing to help make a difference in the
community. The Big Brothers/Big Sisters Bowling for Kids
Sake will be taking place at the end of January at Dales
Weston Lanes. This is always a fun-filled time as we show
off our bowling skills, along side the Newman Key Club, and
in the process help raise funds to support local children.
If you're not so good with a bowling ball but have a sharp mind,
we've also got the Marathon County Literacy Council Adult
Spelling Bee in late February. The best part of this
event is in addition to out witting the opposing teams, is that
formulating the letters for each word is a group effort.
Last but not least, the WI-UM Kiwanis Mid-Winter Conference
will be occurring at the end of February in nearby Stevens Point.
On behalf of the Greater Wausau Kiwanis we wish you a Happy New
Year! If you are interested in taking part in any of these
events, feel free to send us an
e-mail through the Contacts page
or by coming to one of our wonderful meetings, where you can add
your name to the sign-up sheet.
Join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month
(Now-March) at 5:15pm at
The Hoffman House Restaurant in Wausau. For more details on upcoming meetings, click
on Club Meetings and check out
the Calendar for a listing for
all our latest projects and events.
The Greater Wausau Kiwanis Club is located in Division 25 of
the Northwoods Region in the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan District.
