• WI-UM Kiwanis Governor Visit
  On Thursday, February 9th, the Greater Wausau Kiwanis will be hosting Kiwanis Governor Fred Dietze and First Lady Nancy. We will also be welcoming the Wausau Kiwanis, Wausau Golden K, as well as Key Club members at Newman, Wausau West, Wausau East and DC Everest High Schools. In addition, we are asking that attendees bring along non-perishable food specifically for young children ages 6 months to 5 years old. Reservations will are requested.
  
   
• Don't forget--each meeting to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Neighbors Place in Wausau.  Feel free to bring a couple cans or a whole grocery bag.  Every little bit helps!  We are working to collect food items especially for young children from a few months to 5 years old.  The more items you bring, the better!
  Upcoming Donation Dates:  Feb 9th & Feb 23rd
   
• We continue to collect empty ink cartages and printer toner.  Be sure to look for the collection container in the meeting room.
   
• Greater Wausau Kiwanis Foundation--We have established a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation within our club.  This has been set-up to allow individuals to make donations toward our club which can then be directed toward a project or endowment of their choice.  For more information on these exciting funds, contact Jeff Crowell or any members of the Foundation Board of Directors.  Links to both of these funds via our website is available on the main page.
